Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program of Květinový svět, s. r. o.

I. Basic Provisions

1.1 These are the terms and conditions of the loyalty program of Květinový svět, s.r.o., Company ID No. 28385829, with its registered office at Bělehradská 124, 120 00 Prague 2, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 1378.

1.2 By registering for the loyalty program and agreeing to these terms and conditions of the loyalty program, a contractual relationship is established between Květinový svět, s.r.o. and the customer. Under this relationship, the customer acquires the right to enjoy the benefits associated with participation in the loyalty program and the company acquires the right to send marketing communications to the customer.

1.3 Proof of participation in the loyalty program is provided to customers in the form of a so-called loyalty card, which the customer receives after registering for the loyalty program and agreeing to these terms, either in electronic or physical (plastic) form, according to the customer’s choice.

1.4 Based on the loyalty card, customers acquire the right to the following benefits associated with participation in the loyalty program:

(i) 10% discount on the purchase of goods and services via the e-shop operated at www.pipisalon.pro
(ii) 10% discount on the purchase of goods in the brick-and-mortar stores of Květinový svět, s.r.o.
(iii) Priority information about promotional/special offers of goods and services by Květinový svět.

Note: The discount does not apply to goods already discounted/on promotion.

1.5 By participating in the loyalty program, the customer grants Květinový svět, s.r.o. consent to send marketing communications to the customer’s email address or via SMS to the phone number provided during registration for the loyalty program, or by sending notifications to the customer’s electronic wallet.

1.6 The use of benefits associated with participation in the loyalty program is voluntary and is not a condition for purchasing goods or services from Květinový svět, s.r.o. The loyalty card is non-transferable, and its use is reserved for the customer who completed the registration. Květinový svět, s.r.o. reserves the right to block the loyalty card in cases of reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms.

II. Personal Data Protection

By agreeing to these terms, the customer grants Květinový svět, s.r.o., in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), consent to the processing of personal data provided in the registration form, either automatically or by other means, for the purposes of Květinový svět, s.r.o., Company ID No. 28385829, registered office: Bělehradská 382/124, Prague 2, contact: info@pipisalon.pro, for the provision of discount benefits and other business, marketing, and advertising activities. This includes making such personal data available to contractual partners of Květinový svět, s.r.o., if necessary for the above purposes (e.g., delivery service providers or marketing agencies with which Květinový svět, s.r.o. has a contractual relationship).

The customer also confirms that they have been informed by Květinový svět, s.r.o. of their right:
(i) to have Květinový svět, s.r.o. provide access to their personal data, i.e., to confirm whether and, if so, which personal data are being processed;
(ii) to have Květinový svět, s.r.o. correct inaccurate personal data concerning the customer without undue delay, or complete incomplete personal data;
(iii) to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data or to object to the processing of personal data (by sending the withdrawal or objection to Květinový svět, s.r.o., Bělehradská 124, 120 00 Prague 2, or by email to info@pipisalon.pro with the subject line “WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT,” or in another appropriate form). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal;
(iv) to have Květinový svět, s.r.o. erase their personal data without undue delay upon withdrawal of consent, upon objection to processing, or upon request for deletion;
(v) to data portability, i.e., to have Květinový svět, s.r.o. provide the personal data it processes about the customer in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;
(vi) to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The customer further confirms that they have been informed by Květinový svět, s.r.o. that personal data will be stored for an indefinite period, i.e., until the customer expresses a wish for such data to be erased, or until Květinový svět, s.r.o. continues to provide discount benefits and carry out business, marketing, and advertising activities for which the personal data are provided. The customer acknowledges that the processing of the above personal data is necessary for the application of discount benefits provided under the loyalty card. The customer also acknowledges that if they withdraw consent, object to the processing, or request the deletion of personal data, the discount benefits associated with participation in the loyalty program will no longer be provided by Květinový svět, s.r.o.

III. Final Provisions

3.1 Květinový svět, s.r.o. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty program or to terminate the loyalty program. Květinový svět, s.r.o. will notify customers of such changes by email to the address provided upon registration for the loyalty program. In the event of disagreement with further participation, the customer is entitled to terminate participation in the loyalty program by sending an email to karty@pipisalon.pro.

3.2 In all other respects, these terms and conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.

3.3 These terms and conditions of the loyalty program come into effect on 1 September 2024.
